Identify
GS1 standards for identification
Unique GS1 numbers are used to uniquely identify all products or trade items, logistic units, locations and assets. To build a GS1 ID key, your company must
become a member of GS1 and obtain a GS1 company prefix. This will form the basis of your ID keys.
